NOSSA is proud to be led by Sunil Poduval — a seasoned entrepreneur whose journey spans from Silicon Valley tech to fine dining excellence. Sunil began his career as a computer scientist with British Telecom, later contributing to the development of the UK’s mobile networks through work with Orange and Mercury One-2-One. But it was his passion for food and wine that truly shaped his next chapter.
Through his company, Good Earth Corporation, Sunil became a trusted purveyor of fine foods and rare wines. As the exclusive importer of award-winning natural, organic, biodynamic and vegan-friendly wines, his portfolio supplies several of the UK’s top fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants. These premium wines — many of which have received Gold and Top Gold awards — are now available for the very first time in Market Harborough, exclusively at NOSSA.
